Fault phenomenon: It cannot be started several times or it is difficult to start and then stops quickly after starting reluctantly.
Fault analysis: The diesel supply system is an independent system, mainly composed of pipelines, filters, and oil pumps. The relevant starter electrical parts mainly include lines, batteries, and starter motors.
cause of issue:
1. The quality of diesel oil is poor, and there are many floating objects and impurities.
2. The diesel filter element is clogged.
3. The oil inlet pipe is leaking.
4. The diesel fuel delivery pump is damaged.
5. The battery power is not enough.
6. The parking solenoid valve is damaged.
Troubleshooting method: first check whether the battery is normal, if the power is not enough, you should charge it, or connect the battery in parallel with other equipment. Then check whether the filter element is clogged. If it is clogged, replace the filter element; fill the new filter element with clean diesel oil, install it, and drain the air; for the first time, because the oil circuit is not completely filled with fuel, the start-up time is slightly longer, but not more than 10 seconds; If it fails, it must be stopped for 2 minutes to allow the motor to cool down before starting, otherwise, the starter motor may burn out. If it is winter and it is difficult to start, you should also check whether the oil supply rack is in the oil supply position and whether the preheating system is normal.
If it fails to start three times in a row, look for other reasons. If necessary, remove the parking solenoid valve and reset the rack.
