Troubleshooting of Dump Truck Cylinder

When we drive a dump truck, what should we do if some failures occur in the cylinder? Today, I will tell you about some common faults and solutions:

Cylinder does not lift

PTO not working

no main gas source

The rotary valve at the bottom of the fuel tank is not open

air pressure is too low

Air control valve internal fault

Limit valve stem stuck

Limit valve spool does not work properly

Lift valve internal stem stuck

Lift valve air chamber blowby

Wrong connection of air or oil circuit

No oil coming out of the oil circuit

Repair power take-off

Check whether the main air source pipeline is unobstructed

Open the rotary valve and check if the hydraulic oil meets

Start the engine so that the air pressure reaches above 7Bar

Replace air control valve

Check whether the limit valve stem is flexible and flexible

Replace limit valve

Clean and replace lift valve body and stem

Check whether the air circuit and oil circuit are connected correctly

Check the oil circuit and oil pump
