- The weight of the gearbox is all suspended on the driven hub, which can be damaged due to twisting after a short period of use. Control the clutch like a race car while driving, or tow a heavy trailer. You will need to make sure the gearbox shaft or the gearbox is not hanging from the driven plate, use a manual or electric lifter to support the gearbox for assembly. Don't drive like a race car!
2. The oil on the friction plate causes the clutch to slip
- If there is oil leakage in the gearbox or engine, carefully check the oil seals of the engine and gearbox. If there is oil in the clutch housing, replace the oil seal.
3. The diaphragm spring of the clutch cover assembly is broken, which makes it difficult or impossible to shift gears after a period of use
- Do not use the first gear when bumping and towing, but use a higher gear, such as third or fourth gear.
4. Pedal vibration when disengaging
- Precise introduction of the clutch to the gearbox shaft to avoid any assembly interference.
5. The release bearing is difficult to move or gets stuck when turning by hand. During the clutch disengagement or the whole process of the clutch can- - a harsh noise can be heard. Noise varies with pedal pressure
- Systematically inspect clutch cables, associated connections, shift forks, bearings, preload springs and self-adjusting devices.
